2.1 By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the mgclub8 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the mgclub8 Privacy Policy and any specific game, promotion or product rules published on the Platform from time to time.
2.2 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mgclub8. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.
2.3 mgclub8 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date of any amendment will be published on this page.
3.1 Age Restriction. Membership of mgclub8 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. mgclub8 enforces mandatory age verification for all accounts. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds held in that account will be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable gaming regulations.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the mgclub8 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3.3 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is true, accurate, current and complete. You must promptly update your account information to maintain accuracy. mgclub8 is entitled to rely on the information provided and is not responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate member information.
3.4 KYC Verification. mgclub8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, proof of address and proof of payment method) at any time. Withdrawal processing may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
3.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. mgclub8 services are not available to individuals located in jurisdictions where the use of online gaming platforms is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.
4.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. mgclub8 will treat all transactions authenticated with your credentials as authorised by you.
4.3 You must notify mgclub8 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account. mgclub8 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4.4 Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or otherwise deal with your account or any funds, bonuses or other entitlements associated with it.
5.1 All transactions on the mgclub8 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mgclub8 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX and online banking transfers from supported Malaysian financial institutions including Maybank, CIMB and Public Bank.
5.2 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as specified on the Platform at the time of the transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to the payment method used to make the original deposit, unless otherwise agreed with mgclub8 support. Withdrawals may only be made to accounts held in the Member's own name.
5.4 mgclub8 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, anti-money laundering checks or other compliance requirements as mandated by applicable law.
5.5 mgclub8 does not accept third-party deposits. Any funds received from a payment source not registered in the Member's own name will be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
5.6 Deposits for gambling purposes are made at the Member's sole risk. mgclub8 does not accept liability for funds lost through gambling activity once a deposit has been accepted and credited to the Member's Wallet.
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available by mgclub8 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any inconsistency between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games and time limits will be specified in the applicable promotion terms.
6.3 mgclub8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been accepted and are in-play at the time of cancellation will be honoured to the extent practicable.
6.4 Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, artificial wagering patterns, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of any bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
6.5 mgclub8 reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal cap to bonus winnings where this is specified in the relevant promotion terms.
7.1 All bets placed on the mgclub8 Platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to the relevant product (casino, sportsbook, slots, etc.) as published on the Platform.
7.2 mgclub8 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets accepted at incorrect odds due to technical error, data feed failure or human error. In such cases, bets will be settled at the correct odds or voided at mgclub8's discretion.
7.3 Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member.
7.4 mgclub8 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any Member at any time, including setting maximum bet amounts, maximum win amounts, and maximum payout limits per transaction or per day.
7.5 In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the mgclub8 system records shall be the definitive reference. The decision of mgclub8 in all disputes is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mgclub8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the mgclub8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game content, database structure and user interface design — is the exclusive property of mgclub8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any other right or licence in respect of mgclub8's intellectual property.
9.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of mgclub8.
10.1 The mgclub8 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mgclub8 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10.2 mgclub8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate measures to protect your device and data.
10.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, mgclub8's total liability to any Member for any cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
10.4 mgclub8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to use of the Platform.

11.3 Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account is suspended and all marketing communications are ceased. mgclub8 will not reverse a self-exclusion request during the elected exclusion period.

12.1 You may close your mgclub8 account at any time by submitting a written request to the mgclub8 support team. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed before account closure is finalised, subject to standard verification requirements.
12.2 mgclub8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably determine that a Member has breached any provision of these Terms or if account closure is required for compliance reasons.
12.3 Upon termination of an account for breach, any balance remaining in the account — including bonus funds and associated winnings — may be forfeited at mgclub8's discretion in accordance with the nature and severity of the breach.
13.1 mgclub8 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account.
13.2 Amendments become effective upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which mgclub8 holds its gaming operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the breach thereof, or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law in your country of residence.
14.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and mgclub8 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations or agreements, whether oral or written.
